Strelna Lake Wilderness Bible Camp
Below are pictures of the camp which is a ministry of Copper Center Community Church. The camp was started in 1997. That year there were no buildings. In 1998, LightShine Ministries brought up a team to build cabins 2-5 after the first cabin's 12' X 13' design by former Pastor Mike Potts. In 1999 we helped build the 12' X 16' cook shack and the six-sided chapel. In 2000 we helped winterize a cabin, built two outhouses and a swimming platform. The camp is used for several weeks in the summer for teaching and discipling native youths who live in the Copper River Basin. Every year we bring a team of people to maintain the camp.
