May 2011 Work Team

Thank you for praying for and sending this team from Mount Joy Mennonite Church in Pennsylvania. They worked hard building the new church in the Khluti-Kah village in Copper Center, Alaska.  The building was 60'X100' and went from a cement slab to a metal roof in 5 days (see photos below).

More teams will be working on the building over the summer of 2011 to install exterior finishes. Plans are being made for a larger team to do inside work next year when funds are made available for building materials.
