The old moss chinking had to removed.
Gaps over a half inch had to be filled with
small sticks.
A synthetic chinking product called "Log Jam" was
warmed by the stove.
Then applied ...

The finished job! Hopefully it will
last a long time!
Our meals were wonderful with the help of our kitchen crew working on our wood cookstove. This year we had a lot of rainy damp days with some warmer than usual temperatures. But we still experienced the beauties of the Alaskan wilderness. Here are some final photos for you of the team.
